Last year’s annual meeting was completely online, and this year we use a hybrid system, mainly onsite.
People who give presentations should all come to Numazu. Registration fee is the same either onsite or online.
Exception is Open Lectures (given in Japanese) to be held in the afternoon of August 7th; only onsite and it is free of charge.
*** Notice on hotel reservations ***
Because a triathlon event is planned in Numazu on August 7th, many hotels in Numazu and Mishima are already reserved.
Plaza Verde, venue of this annual meeting, is very close to JR Numazu station, and please find hotels in Atami or Fuji.
*** Notice on day-care center ***
To people who wish to put your children in day-care center: we plan to set up a day-care center either in Plaza Verde or somewhere in Numazu City.
